About Us
I learned to cook from my mom (Gracie) who learned to cook from her mom and generations before them in Sicily. Although, I love to cook Italian meals, I have adapted my cooking style to fit the all American household and cooking for people makes me happy. We use nothing but the finest ingredients with fresh herbs and spices!

Chicken Piccata Gnocchi
I first had this dish at a local restaurant and it was simply amazing! The next time I went to this restaurant I just had to order the same dish...needless to say, It was completely disappointing. I decided to replicate this in my home kitchen and boy was it delicious!

Sorry for the delay in getting you some feedback, but just wanted to tell you how much we loved all the food! Our guests all absolutely raved and were very impressed. Really appreciated everything arriving so hot and ready to go - really took a huge load off our shoulders! The pulled pork was definitely a favorite of mine and the charcuterie tray was so impressive.

This was a great experience! Linda was very responsive, detailed, and organized. She and Jess both arrived on time and were well prepared for a beautiful spread that smelled and tasted incredible. The amount of food was unbelievable and the quality was even better. We had leftovers twice and still had tons left! Everything tasted delicious and they were very sweet and professional. Thank you so much for catering my wife's surprise party. All of the food was such a hit! Everyone loved the grilled chicken and the broccoli salad. Many of the kids had seconds on the baked zita. She was very accommodating and created a delicious meal that met everyone's needs. They brought all their supplies with them and were very organized from prep to serving to clean up.
